Project costs depend on scope, materials, location, equipment, support needs and delivery timelines. A project may require deposit, milestone payment or full payment depending on the agreed work. Hardware, hosting, domain and third-party fees may be billed separately.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, safe site access, required approvals and correct login credentials where needed. Delays in access, content, approvals or payment can affect delivery timelines.

Third-Party Products and Services

Some work may involve third-party products such as hosting platforms, domains, CCTV hardware, routers, switches, software subscriptions or cloud tools. Their warranties, uptime, support policies and pricing are controlled by those providers.

Limitation of Liability

We aim to deliver reliable and professional solutions, but technology systems can be affected by power issues, internet failure, device faults, third-party outages, user error and security risks. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Abrandix IT Solutions is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or business interruption outside our direct control.
